These are your hunger, dehydration, stamina, blood, and immunity levels. Whether you play solo or with a group, you are in charge of replenishing your vitality meters. As a unit, you can take down zombies as you’re approaching the drop zone. This is where playing co-op can benefit you as large groups of zombies are tend to frequent these areas. Regardless of the mode, you will need to find valuable loot all over the island. You can choose to take them down by yourself, join a server to fight alongside other players, or go head-to-head with another player. The premise is Unturned is that you are living in a post-apocalyptic world where zombies run rampant on an island called Prince Edward Island.

While the gameplay is nerve-wracking, the developer balances it out with cartoon-like graphics that players of all ages can enjoy.
